Our Founder and Manager

Danielle Crimmins created Strategic Hill LLC as a mission to find solutions to the increasing difficulty of achieving home ownership and freedom through it, as well as seeking to preserve and save our land, resources, and communities from those who are seeking to destroy the American dream and our precious resources.  

She also understands the frustration of wanting to own a home and land, but not being able to through conventional means due to several factors that should not keep people from owning if you can show a solid history of paying rent but do not have a conventional job, bad credit (sometimes due to factors outside of your own control), and other varying life situations that should not keep you from owning home or land. 

She is trained as a strategic thinker, researcher, and learner through her college career and other professions. She has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice: Strategic Intelligence and Homeland Security, a love for Christ, and a love for the United States and our precious rights, land, resources, and community that are worth preserving.

She looks forward to working with investors, sellers, buyers, contractors, and other professionals as a team to solve these major problems and make home and land ownership possible again for those who want their own private piece of freedom in our great country.
